For years now the suburb of Casey / springbank has been the trendiest suburb in Gungahlin with many families making the move to be closer to great schools, parks and beautiful homes with even better views.

Just when we thought it couldn’t get any better, along came Casey Market Town to prove us wrong. Now, residents of Casey can enjoy the convenience of shopping, cafes and Pubs on top of their enjoyable lifestyle.

Parks – Check! You can take your pick from a range of parks in Casey or take a bike ride along the continuous path to stop in at all of them.

Springbank Rise has 3 different parks with big grassy areas to run around on as well as fun play equipment like spider web swings, rotating spider webs and merry go rounds as well as a big pond where you can sit and feed the ducks.

Springbank Rise has multiple parks all over the neighbourhood and a new one with a rock climbing wall, flying fox and monkey bars.

Dog Park – check! You know that your kids can be entertained but how about your fur children? If your dog likes to socialise too, take them down to the Springbank Rise Dog Park where they can run around with like-minded friends.

Day care – Check! Nothing is easier than a childcare that’s close to home. Springbank Rise early learning center is a brand new day care, walking or bike riding distance from most of the community.

Petrol station – Check! Stuck for fuel? 7eleven will have you covered if you need fuel on your way to or from work ad not to mention a slushy or coffee too!

Pubs – Check! Not just any old pub either. The newest and hottest gastro pub to hit Canberra. Residents from all over Canberra are flocking to Casey to try out the new ‘Casey Jones’ gastro pub. Schools – Check! Within the Casey Catchment are a range of public and private schools that many residents have move into the area especially for.

Gold creek primary and high school are both public schools with great reputations, many families move into the area to fall in the catchment area for these schools. Private/catholic schools include Holy Spirit Primary and John Paul College.
